Crow Pose for Beginners
A tricky pose like crow (aka Bakasana) requires a little extra finagling. Bakasana is a Hatha Yoga arm balance that challenges the mind-body connection in the most fun way and strengths the core. This yoga class will help you do the right way, whether you are a beginner or you just need a push up on your arm balances.

Arm & Core Flow
Arm & core flow exercise suitable for people who wants to build muscles, strengthening the core muscles and improving stability of the body. This 1-hour practice will leave students energized through a sequence of strengthening poses. The class will finish with stretching postures designed to balance the body and muscles.

The Art of Spine
The lessons will lead you through a series of spinal movements and posure to open up your heart and chest, helping you breathe deeper. A deep stretch for chest and shoulder muscles, as well as the hip flexors.It also strengthens the hamstrings and spinal extensors.

Keep Your Leg Balanced
Single leg balance exercises increase proprioception and reduce body and muscle imbalances. It helps to activate stabilizing muscles including the glutes and core. Strengthening leg muscle give your strong base to perform your daily activities .

You will experience a series of arm balancing pose during the class. Balancing poses help us connect with the present moment. Arm balances also increase flexibility, core and shoulder strength, as well as feelings of self-confidence and courage.
